- To keep records of our conversations and any agreement we make.
Text messaging
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your phone number only to send messages about your property inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to work on your property: with a title company or closing attorney handling a sale, with a partner investor if we assign our purchase contract to them (we tell you before this happens), with service providers that help us run our business (for example, email and phone service providers) under confidentiality, or when required by law.
